Wij geloven dan ook in in gesprek gaan met teams en juist de verschillen in perspectief en beleving naar boven halen. Hoe communiceren de collega\u2019s met elkaar tijdens bijv. een teamvergadering? Hoe wordt er met de klant gecommuniceerd? Hoe worden afspraken nageleefd en hoe wordt omgegaan met conflict? Dit zijn louter handvatten of tools om met een groep te werken. Het is niet de oplossing.
